Day 1

Well first day in the workout went pretty gooood . 
well I started with a basketball game and went ok . 1 point 2 rebounds and 1 turnover yah not the best of luck for me . But you know everybody will always have an off day . After the bad game went to go for a workout . started off with 3 sets of dumbells (weight 5 ) of 12 . then 4 sets of dumbells (weight 10 ) of 12 .
After that i did a work out of 3 sets of 100 jump-ropes . 3 sets of 12 sit-ups . 3 sets of 5 push-ups and have to jump 11 blocks high 3 sets of 15 .


After he gym went home ate some dinner and watched the Grizzlies beat the Spurs to go up 3-1.
went outside and stayed with the bad streak of shots and defense . i lost to my brother Daniel Villegas 11-2 11-2 and 11-6 . finny thing is my total points in 3 games was 10 points and my brothers was 33 :/
